I drank another gallon of water and had 3 cups of coffee and will have a la croix, veggie soup with dinner then another cup with night meds so that brings it up 22 cups for the day.
Before dinner I snacked on almonds and cheese, pork chop and now I am stuffed!
But not too stuffed to have a thin mint cookie for dessert!
Then later some pop corn with jeff for seinfeld.
Really had some urges this evening on my way home from work but drank a bunch of water again and that did the trick.
Jeff went for a walk, too cold for my liking, windy.
He went with out me.
I am cold natured even though I grew up in northern Indiana....
I would much rather live in the heat vs. living in the cold.
But I don't have to work out doors either.
My air conditioner is not working at 100%,
Maybe I should have it looked at before summer comes around.
