Yes, if nobody else is effected by the bouncing, it should not be effected you.

As I said before, if the road is rough, do not sit with your shoulders and head against the seat back. Hold you shoulders and head forward like you are reading a book in your lap. This will make your spine much more flexible so the bouncing is easier to tolerate.
Thanks, ill try not to think about it it was just a pretty traumatic experience and I think I was really anxious this morning since I had to undergo an unrelated medical procedure today which required me to be sedated through an iv.

My current vitamin stack is: one curcumin capsule, 25 mcg vitmanin d3, 1000 mcg b12, about 4000 mg omega 3 fish oil, 250 mg magnesium, 400 mg b2

Since ive been taking this I have noticed a decrease in my headaches.

is there a high level of mercury in omega 3 capsules?
