Hi John and everyone,

Balancing neurotransmitters, cerebral spinal fluid, gut health, and breath which all impact and are vital to the autonomic nervous function sll relevant and essential to our problem says this doc: "
the great myths about neurotransmitters

where there are the opiates like gaba or

whether it's serotonin whether it's the

endorphins whether it's dopamine whether

it's oxytocin one of the myths is that

they're operating independently of each

other know all these neurotransmitters" The Biochemistry of Happiness: Myth and Reality, Show #353 - YouTube

The essential message I am receiving about frontiers in Neuroscience is that we can not ignore the main line to brain plasticity and that is virtue! 40% of our DNA is a mystery to us yet the science of epigenetics tells us to engage that mysterious lot of genes we must evolve not only our perceptual capacity but also how we respond and react consciously in our day to day lives. People integrate consciousness uniquely and balance itself is multivalent, unique to each of us which is why singular approaches may sometimes be effective for some , but not all. I think its all about context - we need to architect a more robust spatial semantic.....

Happy St. Patricks day to ya'all and may the luck of the Irish be with us!! MD
