I'm sorry you are still having hot flashes. I don't know when they are supposed to go away, but I'm sorry to say that I remember one of my step mothers was having them well past 55 (((HUGS)))

I wish that you could have gotten your haircut fixed. I'm sorry you have to wait for it to grow out. My hairdresser cut mine a little too short last time, but it took no time to grow out. I hope your hair grows fast, too.
