Oh sweetie, I am so sorry that you miss Bill so much honey!! gosh, Ada I do not know how this feels! I can't even begin to imagine dear one. I will however be here if you need me to PM, chat to. Your post made me realize how very important exercise is! I do exercise on good days walk a lot and if I am having a super duper day I dance! gets the heart and blood a pumpin'!
