Yup, have been busy trying to navigate the fine line between actually securing a position where I can be of real help and one with a great title but where I would be buried with stuff & meetings I don't actually want to do. I let my good sense win from my ego, and I'm very happy about that. I don't want to be a "manager", I want to get my hands dirty...

Also having lots of pain in the last week. Not sure why, except that the weather is really funky. To give you an idea... 8 hours ago it was freezing (0°C), and now it is a sunny 17°C going to 20 or even 22 tomorrow. Those are big swings.
