Hammet89,

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

What diagnostics have you had? You need a thorough assessment by a specialist, not just a GP/PCP. Maybe a concussion clinic. Most high schools and colleges know where the good concussion clinics are.

An assessment by an ENT affiliated with a balance clinic may be worthwhile. You may have injured your inner ear.

There are a myriad of reasons why you could have been triggered into more severe symptoms. Alcohol, a loud event, bad sleep, emotional stress, sleeping in a bad position, and anything that increases stress levels. You may have a subtle upper neck injury. They can be aggravated by posture or muscle straining (lifting weights or objects that cause muscle straining).

Be very aware of sleeping and resting posture. You should not be sleeping except during normal sleep hours. Get up at your regular time. This will keep your sleep cycle as it has been.

Let us know how you are doing.

My best to you.
