Maybe based on your nursing experience, you can come up with a product that would make life easier for the disabled and/or elderly? I know there are a lot of things like that out there, but they really sell.

At one point, a friend of mine from nursing school was thinking of launching an internet site selling sex toys or something and using her nursing license as a way to promote/recommend products. I don't know what ever happened with that because I lost contact with her (but I think it was in some way prohibited). I'm not telling you to sell sex toys tho! lol
