Hey guys. So where did everybody go? I am happy to know you all are doing great things but stop in now and then to post about your adventures.

Things are pretty good here. I had expected maybe I was just going thru one of those better times and expected a set back as to the PN, but so far so good. One of you wonderful people here said the progress cannot be measured daily or even weekly but more like monthly or yearly. Because of that advice I had jotted down some PN notes monthly and having read back I realize that although progress is very, very slow, it is coming. A year ago I often was hanging onto walls in the morning. I have not been like that in almost a year.

You all have inspired me.
