Go on to work. That would be half the work for you. Then you could
do the laundry and load it back in the car. Leave it in the vehicle and
he take it out the next morning if necessary.

That way its easier on you.

Make a list of grocery things you need as you go along.
IS the only way I can think to accommodate how to help with the
him needing things to eat at breakfast and lunch. Make him help you
figure this out. He is the one that is eating it.
