The test onto the bed likely just cause a relapse of symptoms and was not a new concussion. You likely suffered an upper neck injury the first time and re-aggravated the unhealed injury. Think of it like bumping a bruise. The bump can be much less than the original cause of the bruise but the bump can feel worse than the original bruise.

You did not do substantial organic damage. You can damage your brain obsessing about this. The stress chemicals from obsessing are rough on even a healthy brain.

If you have been playing soccer and routinely heading the ball, stop heading the ball. This concussion has created extra sensitivity. either a weak neck or sensitive brain or both.
