Mari,

I'm sorry that you experienced paresthesias last night. They ARE freaky, more so if you don't know what's causing them

You seem to get your fair share, and they are not common place... I would double check to make sure that they are not a potential side effect of one of your meds- medication information does get updated.
Seroquel causes a horrible kind of paresthesia that's more intense than those caused by my MS. I only have to deal with it if I can't fall asleep tho.

If the problem isn't med-related, and you continue to experience these type of symptoms, I'd consider getting it checked out
