Welcome to NeuroTalk.
It is very difficult to self-diagnose pupil dilation. I doubt it means anything because you do not have anything to compare it to. I doubt you check your pupil dilation on a regular basis.
Pupil dilation is a concern when one dilates at a different rate than the other. But, self-diagnosis is not reliable.
