I wrote him a follow up and said that before my bp was always 120 over 80 and now it is not and I don't know how often I have spikes in my pulse which always runs a little high. I guess I am still uneasy but not depressed.. It has helped my anxiety. when I start worrying about other things I usually stop in face of that worry. It puts it in perspective lol. I made a joke with my nephew and said I pray that he got most of his genes from his father's side and I will pray for it and he said me too
