Question Severe ear pain with neck pain

In October 2017, I was T-boned and suffered TBI/PCS. I have seen countless doctors who all seem to have theories but have not really done anything, other than prescribe meds. My neuro ENT thinks my sinuses were "disfigured" in the crash and are not draining properly. They did a scope, through my nose, and concluded the drainage if off but that's where it ended. My neuro Ophthalmologist is treating me or a swollen muscle in my eye, which is likely the cause of my ocular headaches. Treating with Prednesone which is doing nothing and the headaches do not respond to anything I have on hand. My Neurologist has me on meds to help with the chronic headaches, and by help, it helps me to stay asleep at night.

I spent the day in the ER yesterday with the mother of all earaches in my left ear that radiated across the bottom of my skull and could be felt in my right ear. CT showed a sinus cyst. Called the ENT as per the ER doctor's advice, and spoke to the nurse. She says the cyst would not be the cause of the off the chart pain and somewhat contradicted what the ER doctor told me.

Anyone else with symptoms like this? (This is just the latest - 7 months after the accident) I have the vertigo, fogginess, light sensitivity, pressure in my head like I'm about to take off in an airplane and my ears need to pop, ocular headache, chronic migraine type headache and a head that often feels like it is too heavy for my neck.
