I know that my all of my weight gain was from drinking too many dark fattening beers.
I was hypomanic when I got down to `137 nov of 2015, that is when I bought the new scrubs, a size medium. almost 50 pounds later I had to wake up and buy new scrubs size extra large, so comfortable. I was miserable in the mediums but it felt like a defeat buying the new larger scrubs. Like I was never going to lose the weight. It is common for me to yo yo weights 50 pounds etc. It is very hard on my body and my mind.
Some of the weight gain was from abilify. Now I am taking a small dose of zyprexa that is notorious for weight gain, but I have been able to lose some while on it. I was down to 167 not that long ago, started drinking again and regained the weight that I lost.
sigh
I should give up drinking for good but I can't.
