As she says, Put repetitive effort into your recovery.
I appreciate the effort you put into all your posts and all the work you do for this forum.

You deserve a medal or at least some cash because you put in enough hours for a part-time job.

Previously I was struggling with depression and anxiety about the "bleak" future in my career, but you really advocated for me and made me realize that struggles that other people on this forum go through.
