From what I understand, it is not only a pinching issue. Misalignment and injury can cause inflammation that restricts blood flow and nerve function.

I can be symptom free then sleep with poor posture and cause symptoms.
Is it possible that neck injury is the cause for my severe headache, dizziness and nausea?

Months ago I couldn't bend my neck without worsening my headache,
I felt like the blood flow to my head is badly restricted.

My injury likely strained my C1 C2 joints as you suggested, and now I'm thinking about HBOT therapy, maybe it could improve my condition.

My pain is localized mostly behind my eyes, along with tension headache so I was wondering whether it could be occipital neuralgia, or is that the same as cervical injury?
No back head pain though.
