I'm so sorry you are worried about your lease.

Maybe you should start planning on your new lease coming in July instead.
So you don't get worried or start getting anxious till then.
I realize it doesn't work that way, but it would give you another month to
not worry, since they are always late anyway.

I think you will do great with your new gp.
