Hey, I had very similar experience, vision issues, dizziness, and headaches from neck/head injury 4 months ago.

The headaches subsided after 3 months, but the dizziness and vision issues, which I believe were related, have improved only recently.
I felt I couldn't focus and couldn't see clearly objects, no medical diagnosis tho, like my eyes tires fast.
So week ago I started using my weaker eye alone, covering my left eye when using computers, studying and working.

Since last week Im using my both eyes again, forcing them to focus, with some vision training, looking very hard at details, and things really got better that way,
and because I think anxiety was part of the equation,
started taking Vitamin B group, to boost my mood, and fight fatigue.
I don't really know what have worked and how, I'm just glad it did.
I'm still not 100% not even 80% but still, finally getting a little better
