Although, by taking fractions from the two sizes of pill, you can get many different dosages, these have different ratios of levodopa and carbidopa. For instance, you can get 100mg from the 25/100 pill, L/C ratio 4:1; and 125mg from half the 25/250 pill, L/C ratio 10:1. But, it's not clear what would have a bigger effect.
Do you adjust both the size of the levodopa dose and the L/C ratio?
