Does this fall into the category of neurofeedback?

This was something I had looked into but I hit a dead end in availability locally and the price of what was available. I was also concerned that the treatment was being pitched at mass market brain improvement as part of wellness centres, and I was struggling to find doctors who were using the technique.

When it comes to reviewing and improving / repairing neuroconnections for brainwaves - if this is even possible - it's something I would like to know more about.
