I largely feel the same way. I had PCS for about 3 years where I felt 95% better. Think an injury like that becomes a part of you and you’ll never quite feel 100% same way you hurt your knee and it might be sensitive moving forward. Hit my head recently again but not in a way where I would automatically assume it was a concussion. Got hit by something which gave me a cut on my forehead but don’t know if it was a big enough impact to give me a concussion.

Now my worry and anxiety is back and is probably magnifying minor symptoms or even manifesting them in the first place. Start a new job in the next month and a half and I guess my worry is that I’m back to square one.

Think getting anxiety under control will be the biggest factor in getting me to have a quick recovery and understanding that i may always be dealing with downswings and upswings in how i feel for the rest of my life and just learn how to manage it rather than letting it incapacitate me and prevent me from living my life.
