Yes, that chapter of your life was over. Then you started a new chapter by smacking your head.

I have been taking vitamins, supplements, anti-inflammatory meds and other things for most of my life. I just took 975 mgs of aspirin. I have been taking aspirin daily for almost 30 years for arthritis in my hands. If I have a headache, I might add Tylenol/acetaminophen for additional headache relief or ibuprofen.

I know a PhD (molecular biology) at the gym who knows the body's inflammatory response. He says that we mess up our bodies with diets that cause quick inflammatory responses. Treating that inflammatory response is worthwhile. He says that aspirin is a valuable part of reducing the body's inflammatory response and it even enhances immune responses.
