Yes, he is bipolar 1 if I understand right. I am not always sure.

Ugh, got a call from Derrick. Guess I'll have to figure out how
to find some extra money to take Dobey to the Vet to figure
out if he is allergic to something or other. He just keeps having
some kind of problem with his hair.
