had four solid good hours of sleep. yesterday was funny. was in the elevator with a highly efficient woman almost my age who does a lot of volunteer work and says she is busier now than when she was working. She asked me how I was and said I looked good. I said fine and told her I liked her hair. then I mentioned my sleep problems. all of a sudden she said four o clock every morning sometimes she reads or watches tv. I said it is awful isn't it.
I lost some more weight. I finished the book. It was splendid. I am hoping my manic period might be over for a while now. I am not depressed or anxious.
