Hi Landa,
I was just reading your message and wanted to add a couple of things.
If you've got a prolapsed bladder there are a few things that might help with this night time frequency. It's great that you have no blood sugar problems or any urinary tract infections. It's possibly just structural. One thing to keep an eye on would be signs of contipation. Keeping the fluid intake up with water rather than sugary drinks would be good although I don't really understand why consuming sugar would be making it worse.

Something else to do is the Kegel exercizes. Strengthening exercizes they are, for the pelvic floor. You probably would know about Kegel, but I'll post a site about them here.
