Bizi

Go gradual and add things to your exercise routine as they seem
to come to be adaptable for you. It sounds like your at a level
and ready to start this. I really totally understand how you feel.
I had gotten to were I wasn't feeling at all safe. I still can't stand
and put on pants with one foot, I personally wont ever be able to
again. But for me this is okay. I know this sounds odd, but for
me I'm not sure I ever was able to do this. I've always been off
balance. I can stand on two feet and not worry about falling now.
And that is what I had as a goal. So I can definitely see that as
a win. Not that I wont probably fall again. I will but that is part
of life for me.
