Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Yeah just B2 at the moment but just picked up B complex. Haven't tried PT or chiropractic yet but cheers for the heads up and will check 'em out ASAP. Hit my head literally in the very middle of the top (I kind of jumped into a ceiling long story short), and straight on angle, there were no whiplash or neck effect factors I am aware of, but heard acupuncture is great for releasing tension in neck so may give that a shot. The changes in vision never really have a trigger point, just kind of random.
