Sorry to hear about your accident that really sucks. Take a day to be upset and frustrated and get it out of your system and then focus on not trying to change the past but to put yourself in the best possible position for recovery moving forward.

Control your stress and anxiety from the Injury by learning to accept what happened and focus on being positive and mindful moving forward to give your body the most conducive environment for healing.


Avoid all the things you know are bad for you, take the vitamins, focus on getting good sleep, see the doctors you want to see and take it day by day. Just because you had PCS before doesn’t mean you will get it again. My second concussion after PCS of 3 years is already doing better. Best of luck.
