I had my appointment with my pdoc this morning and I mentioned that I have still been having difficulties with sleeping at night. I have been using melatonin every night for a month now. It started working okay but then just stopped helping. He prescribed trazodone for me. It has worked well for me in the past, hopefully it will help me now.
