I still think you will do just fine with losing weight. You are maybe
eating more, but you are exercising too. That is the trade you are making
for that part. I realize you might not have exercised yesterday, but that
was just one time. I'm not sure that what you ate, was that bad
either. I would think beef stew would be good for you.
I realize the 4 cookies sound bad, but they might not be. You didn't drink
so you made a small change and I think they were a better choice.
Keep working you will get there.
