I like CBDistillery personally. There is an international transaction fee that will show up on your bill as they all bank off shore. I prefer full spectrum. Get the most bang for your buck in mg/mL. Start low and go up until you get the desired effect. It will not be earth moving; but subtle. I always knew it was working when I would forget to take mine. There is no magic amount for people across the board because we all respond differently and have different issues. We must find our individual "sweet spot" dosing.
