Hello

I am excactly on the same boat with you.
Can you remember in all your life how many times you might have had a concussion. And i dont mean just bumps.

If it makes you feel better.
I got hit in boxing Nov 2015
I had dizzyness for days and headaches everyday
I got back from that only to be dropped on my head Jan 2016.
That time I had all the symptoms like headaches dizzy sensitivity to light and sound.
Then I came back 3 months after. I was able to workout and do everything.
I even started boxing again which was stupid cause on 1 August 2018
After some sparring my conditioning is back and is much worse.
But I think also iam reacting to it worse. I think I have more anxiety about it and it makes everything worse.

Im sure you are going to recover 100% because you are young.
If a 30 year old guy who smokes weed everyday and received so many concussions can you can too!!!
