I am sure you are overwhelmed. and I am sorry you are scared. 
Our good will has apartments for disabled people.
Also there is housing for the deaf which also houses for disabled people.
Our town is not that big 200,000.
Do you feel you need to stay in the same town
or move away for better housing options? a bigger city may have better options for you.
