If your balance is off. Please start the walking you do in the hall in your apartment first. I know that sounds odd. But set a plan for just a little
walking to get used to starting again.

Then when you know Cecelia is home or may be Robert could come by.
Go out in the hall and walk. You need to just make sure someone
knows your in the hall the first few times. And if you think you
might fall. Figure a way to take the cell phone, hoping you have
one to the hall with you.
