But, at this point my healing is largely my responsibility as I can't afford buying into our health care system - which not using has actually worked to my favor in hindsight....so ways I can at the very least enhance my health, like this, bare deep consideration...Getting deep sleep is really really good for my brain...in this video mention of using red light at night before bed can help (some)....if only a small percentage of people get (even some) result thats ok with me...trial and error -it never stops - well how else do we learn character and endurance building? sigh
