I’m in Illinois. My attorney is not helping me with anything. He says I need to find a good neurologist. They threw the workers comp nurse off my case right away almost two years ago. That might be good in some ways, but no one is directing my care. Myself or my wife sure cant do it. We dont even know where to start. No improvement in a year and a half. No treatment approved by WC in almost a year. It’s criminal, but business as usual for them.
