Agree with the above. Given your weight loss, I would also get a blood test to check all your hormone levels -- possible that there are issues with your pituitary gland or something.

You definitely need to get some help. But as terrible as your symptoms are, try not to get too worked up about it at this stage. You're only two months in. My first three months were hell, and now at nine months I'm doing quite a bit better (though I still have issues).
