Default Head sensitivity

Hello everyone,

I would like to bring into this forum a question from the forum on traumatic brain injury. A good number of posters on that forum, including me, complain of that their heads have become inordinately sensitive to little bumps and jostles. Two especially common kinds causes of complaint are bumpy car rides and the force from one's own footsteps. Bumps like these cause headaches, dizziness, feeling 'out of it,' etc.

The question is, does this sensitivity sound like it could be caused by a CSF leak? Does anyone recognize these symptoms?

My (entirely naive) thinking is that reduced CSF volume or pressure could deprive the brain of its natural cushioning against such bumps.

Best wishes,
Carrico
