At the consultation, we went over so much about my symptoms and medical history, and then the actual surgical procedure, that I forgot- even tho I met with the surgeon for over an hour. Maybe I will learn more at the pre-op appointment on Monday?

I have been able to nap the last two days!!!
It seems like forever since I've been able to do that. Unfortunately, I'm so tired that I've still been in bed or passed out on the couch by 9-9:30.
I think the plans and lists I've made have helped reduce my anxiety and have let me relax and take those naps.

I went through hell cleaning out those cat boxes yesterday. I'm so sore!!!
I had to buy a big bucket of litter that I can't lift (I asked for help at the store) to get the job done, so I had to use a cup to fill the boxes, and it took forever!!!
I bought a type of Tidy Cats litter I used to buy that isn't available at the supermarket, so I haven't been able to get it in a while. I was surprised by how strong the fragrance was, and was really afraid the cats would be turned off by it, but thank God they have been using the boxes without any problems. Rocky was really affectionate yesterday. I wonder if it had anything to do with the clean litter boxes? No poops on the rug for 2 days in a row (knock on wood).

I have an appointment with the nephrologist at 1pm today. He had me send pee away for a lot of testing after my last appointment in hopes of nailing down what's causing my kidney problems. So, I'm interested in finding out if anything turned up, and if there is any treatment (that's just a pipe dream tho).

I have a script to pick up at CVS today. I have coupons, so I'm going to buy the dry shampoo and the travel size things I need like deodorant while I'm there. I'll buy more mag. citrate, too. I don't want to have to buy it all at once...

It's time to start chipping away at these things because the surgery is two weeks away now. I still have several other things to buy, and may go do more shopping tomorrow because I'm sure I'll be busy next week, and getting some of these things done early will take some of the pressure off.

I also have to go to the dispensary because I'm almost out of MJ. I think I will hold off on doing that until next week if I can tho.
I don't know if I'll be able to smoke it when I get home from the hospital... don't know if that's a good idea since I'll be on narcotics. Maybe I'll just pass out from the drugs and not feel the spasms in my legs? That's what I'm hoping will happen in the hospital.
