A positive anti-striational antibody test does not necessarily mean you have MG. The test can be positive in MG, and some other autoimmune diseases. I hope you got some answers.
Boyd, You should see a cardiologist (if you haven't already). Work with them to find the right drug for you. Mestinon can raise a person's BP, so let them know that as well. Good luck.
