Hi! I wasn’t sure where to post as my question is odd. My symptoms do not go along with MG. My biggest complaints are muscle spasms, muscle jerks, cramps and stiffness. I had the autoimmune panel ran and all of my AcHr antibodies are negative except for the striational antibody. I google and it continues to bring me to MG, but I don’t think that antibody in isolation, along with my symptoms, points to MG. Do any of you have experience or knowledge about why this antibody could be elevated by itself?

I had a ct scan on Friday, hoping for results Monday. And I have an emg scheduled for a Tuesday.
