My understanding is that striational antibodies can also be present at high levels in people with thymoma as well as in people with MG. The patterns of autoantibodies (striational, AChR and MuSK) can be very complicated in people with MG.

I hope that members with personal experience of MG will be able to provide you with more details about this.
