I often remember "working guy," who regarded themselves as onset more than '272 moons' before dying thanksgiving day six years ago after pacing nearly twelve moonths (the cause: heart attack). So please be careful . . . maybe spread the feast over the whole weekend and eat more slowly?!

Not simply high calories of course, the most helpful kind . . . My health food background is not very strong but I suggest nutrition bars with Omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids and vitamin e . . . flax, olives and fish (better than turkey?) as neuron healthy and pro-ALS. Is guacamole a good choice? They knew they couldn't help you when they found your 'prognosis,' but they ought to be able to recommed the top of the line food most suitable for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients who probably need heart-healthiest ways for adding weight (wait?). I have not seen any menu suitable for patients especially before they become food consumption challenged.

Imaging the doctor saying 'you should eat cheese cake' rather than 'you have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis¡' I discovered a "Baked Potato and Bacon" soup with 2,000 calories per 32 ounces . . . the highest calorie soup I know of, though I leave the candidate unadvocated and instead suggest reinvention of the feast as week end long event with more sides.
