That helps a lot, thank you! I was given a mestinon trial & it seems to be pretty good, but my symptoms were already very intermittent (and I was pretty out of shape in the first place), so it's hard to tell.

I do think my neck is getting sore more often but it seems like there's a lot of other things that could be causing it... though that could just be the denial talking, lol. And I haven't noticed any unusual shortness of breath—though I also haven't been doing much that would cause it in the first place

I'll try some light exercise and see if it's harder for me than usual, but you're right; doctor is probably the best way to tell. Thanks again for your response, I really appreciate it!
