I'm 4 years 9 months in and made what you could call an incomplete recovery. Some days I feel great but have trouble stringing great days together for any length of time. The best recently was 7 days before I became anxious for some reason and my sleep went to pot. It's always been one step forward half a step back during my recovery, but this year has seen a big improvement and I feel I'm tantalising close to recovery. It just proves that you can't put a time limit on recovery.
