Thanks for the reply. I am going to a therapist that I used to see a long time ago and have found it helpful. Not every week just monthly right now. For the most part I am managing it all well but apparently that email sent me over the edge yesterday. I was surprised by my reaction but knew what it was and spoke with two close friends. I feel better today just sad about it. Going to do my daily walk soon. Exercise helps Thanks!
