To ba kind to yourself
We tend to do do and over do
Then when we try and relax all he’ll breaks loose
The body feels like a train hit us
You take care and try and be kind to yourself
To think at 49 my life changed overnight forever
Just like that and the battle continues
It has come to define me if I let it
And I won’t
