Last night we watched the movie, the Holiday with jack black and kate winslet and cameron...I think it is mary and jude law. what a great movie!!!!


Up early today doing laundry and going to take a shower. Will wear a shower cap as I just got my hair done yesterday.
My psychiatrist prescribed Inderal 10mg 3x day for my anxiety about going on vacation, and the added stress of the trip in general, being out of my routine family stress, others drinking heavily.
I will test the inderal today to see if I have any side effects. I am supposed to call into the office tomorrow with my results. Need to go to the pharmacy to pickit up along with my ohter meds need refills too.
I did not take my supplements last night just did not feel like it. There are a lot of them and did not fill my pill box up with them either. I was getting to bed late and jsut felt like I should be in bed.
I will fill up my pill box this morning. And use my mouth wash for strong teeth, purple kind of listerine that the dentist recommended.
I am not drinking because it was not any fun anymore....and I can't seem to be serious about my weight loss goals when I drink.
173.0 this morning. After shower. down 13.4 pounds!
Happy about that.
I did not snack last night as hubby did. Yay!
My plan is to do Intermitant fasting as best as I can. 2 meals a day and no snacking.
The only thing I can't give up is my coffee with half and half in the mornings so it is not a true fast.

There is a christmas concert this afternoon that I would like to go to at 3pm at a big church.
The group is called BREVE, an acapella group out of baton rouge.early music ensemble. Should be good. I am going to ask Karen, my new friend, if she would like to go.
Hattie is very reserved with the thunder coat on. Did see her eat and drink some and use the litter box yesterday so that is good.
